Shipping policy

At Boat Parts NZ, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and deliver reliably throughout New Zealand.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 3:00pm are usually dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm may be dispatched the next business day.
  • During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Timeframes (New Zealand)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–4 business days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or peak periods.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel size and weight

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

We do not charge hidden handling fees.

 

4. Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracked courier services.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days, please contact us.

 

5. Rural Deliveries

Rural delivery addresses will incur an additional courier charge.
If applicable, this will be shown at checkout.

 

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed beyond expected timeframes
  • Damaged in transit
  • Lost

Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.

 

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If an incorrect address is supplied:

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
  • Additional courier fees may apply for redelivery.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within New Zealand only.
For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.

 

9. Authority to Leave

If you select authority to leave (ATL), parcels may be left at your property without a signature.
Boat Parts NZ is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
